Q: What preparation of the area where the rental items will be set up are we responsible for?
A: Please remove ALL debris from the area including: Pet Poop, trash and other items, furniture, hoses, sprinklers, lawn ornaments, large stones, etc. Please DO NOT mow the grass.
Q: What other preparation am I responsible for?
A: Please make sure there is easy access to the set up area. If there is a slope or other obstacles leading to the set up area, help from you will be required to assist our driver with both delivery and pick up.
Q: Other than Bounce Houses, what can I rent from you?
A: In addition to Bounce Houses, we have slides, dunk tank, and combo bounce/slides for added enjoyment. We also rent food machines for making popcorn, Sno-cones, and cotton candy. We can also provide tents for your event.
Q: Are your products clean?
A: Yes, We clean every rental product immediately after each rental And at your house. REMEMBER ITS NOT CLEAN UNLESS YOU WATCH US CLEAN IT
Q: Where can I see your rental items set up?
A: The best place to view all of our rental items is online. Most of our online photos can be clicked on to view larger versions showing details. We also have some videos of our products at our Youtube channel.
Q: Can I keep the inflatable overnight or get a late night pickup? Also, how late can I keep the rental?
A: Yes, you may keep any of our rentals overnight, however an additional fee will be added. Please keep in mind that many factors come into play and must be considered….such as weather, next day rental by another customer and the security of our rental items.

Q: Can your rental items be set up indoors?
A: Yes, most of our rentals can be set up inside providing there is enough ceiling clearance. Venues such as gyms, large halls, auditoriums etc, work very well.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We offer small gas fee delivery to: Lancaster, Depew, S. Cheektowaga, Elma, Marilla, East Aurora, Orchard Park, and West Seneca Holland, Wales, Hamburg, Parts of Clarence, Williamsville Boston and Colden. For all other areas, please contact us at 716-864-7448 and we can provide you with a delivery cost.
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservations?
A: Our bounce houses are very popular! We recommend you reserve your rental items as soon as you have secured a date, time and location for your event.
Q: Do you set up your rentals in parks?
A: Yes, where applicable and allowed. You will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and paying any additional fees required by the Park (or other venue). Note: A generator may be required to provide electricity. Bounce Nation Inc. can provide a generator for an additional $65 per day + gas. If you use your own generator, it must have a spark-arresting muffler.
Q: What is the rental period?
A: The time period for your rental is flexible. Normally, our rentals are rented on a daily basis for a period of 6-10 hours. If you require overnights, or additional days, please contact us for a quote.
Q: What time do you deliver (and pick up) the rental items?
A: You decide the specific rental time. Bounce Nation Inc. will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours before the scheduled start time of your event. We will contact you in advance to confirm early deliveries with you. You do not pay for setup time or early deliveries. Please let us know if you require exact delivery or pickup times. Bounce Nation Inc. will do it’s best to accommodate all of our renters.
Q: How long does it take to set up the inflatables?
A: Approximately 15-30 minutes if the set up area has been prepared according to the information on this page (free of debris and obstacles). The set up time includes a review of the operator safety procedure with you. Additional time may be required for safety inspections where county permits are required.
Q: What am I as the renter responsible for?
A: A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the use of the rental items while they are in use. The renter is responsible for the safety of the users and care of the rental items.
Q: Are Inflatables and other rental safe?
A: Yes, as long as the safety guidelines are followed as outlined on this page. Including children being supervised by capable adults at all times. All Bounce Nation Inc. Inflatables are securely staked into the ground. 80lb. sandbags held inside canvas bags are used for “non-stakable” surfaces such as packed gravel, cement, etc.
Q: Will the inflatable(s) damage my grass?
A: It is not recommended to keep an inflatable in the same area for more than 2 1/2 days. In the case of Long Term rentals, the unit can be deflated and repositioned.
Q: Does Bounce Nation WNY LLC have insurance?
A: Yes, Bounce Nation WNY LLC is insured. An insurance certificate is available upon request.
Q: Can you set up on my driveway or indoors?
A: Yes, Bounce Nation WNY LLC can set up on a grassy surface, your driveway or other hard surface ($30 fee for driveway or street set up). We will not set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, sand, deck or areas that are not free of pet waste. We can set up indoors (dependent on height clearance).
Q: My yard slopes....will that work?
A: Slight slopes are not a problem. An alternate location may be necessary if the slope is too great. The safety of the children and the employees is always my first concern.
Q: What about the weather?
A: Unfortunately, inflatables cannot be set up in temperatures below 40 degrees. We cannot set up our equipment in snow, high winds, or muddy conditions. If the weather report is not looking favorable, we will contact you to discuss setting up in an alternate location. It is recommended that you have a second location planned in case of inclement weather.
Q: How far in advance should we book a rental?
A: We suggest 3-4 weeks for a bouncer. Some are booked 6 months to 1 year ahead of time. Our rentals are booked on a first come basis.
Q: What if I need a rental for tomorrow?
